Module 3 | Energetics in Practice (Part I)

In this module, you will begin to unfold the first of your vayu-specific meditation practices, including Apana & Samana Vayu. Each Vayu includes a brief overview, mantra & mudra instruction, and a meditation specific to that vayu. Take your time, and be sure to complete both your 3rd sadhana assignment and Module 3 quiz before moving on to your final module. SECTION 1: The Eliminative Force

This section will explore the eliminative force of Apana Vayu, located in the pelvis and all the way down to the soles of the feet. The videos in this section will explore this Vayu in greater depth, and includes the mudra, mantra, and meditation associated with Apana Vayu.

This section will explore the digestive & assimilative force of Samana Vayu, located in the navel center. The videos in this section will explore this Vayu in greater depth, and includes the mudra, mantra, and meditation associated with Samana Vayu.
